Based in Brooklyn, NY, Capacity Rise, LLC was founded on three core beliefs; 

• All students can achieve their highest dreams regardless of circumstance and zip code.

• Equity in education is a social justice fight we must win.

• To create equitable schools, we must start where we stand.

We consistently seek to use our work in schools to be part of the movement to disrupt and dismantle the system of racism in our country and beyond.

Out of this commitment comes a program of teacher training, coaching & development for Leaders, and school-improvement support that allow for access and “the capacity” necessary to ensure success for all students.
